*Name: KJ Kiranov
*Age: 53
*Rez day: 8/30/08
*Best moment in SL: There have been many, but i have to say nothing tops the day that Miss Xyza and i became engaged.

CH: What brought you to Chicago?
KK: It's my Hometown, and I have to do my bit to make this town the best it can be for all the citizens.

CH: Tell us a bit about your background.
KK: Raised in Chicago. My Dad was a meat cutter, and my Mother was a Music and Sunday school teacher. I can’t say as I have any complaints about my childhood, we struggled some, but we had everything we needed.  I have 6 siblings, all in various occupations, all college educated.  I was always interested in Medicine and helping others, I went on to medical school, and when the war broke out in Europe, I knew it was my calling.  I spent time in France as a surgeon in field hospital.  That experience changed me greatly, to say the least.  I did meet a wonderful woman when I was there, whom I now have the pleasure to call my FiancĂ©e.
I drifted a bit after the war, spending time in Europe before returning to the east coast, where I was on staff at several hospitals, I returned to Chicago after my cousin was shot here, I figured I was needed here with all the violence that appears to be going on.  It was something I had to do and I missed home.  So here I am now, doing what I can in the service of the people.

CH: I know you’re always very busy, but fill us in on your daily tasks.
KK: Mainly, I'm preparing for medical emergencies, or spending time in my own practice.  Helping out around town is another thing. I love being in contact with the people, it's the pulse of the city so to say.

CH: What do you like to do in your spare time you find?
KK: I have one main interest, but she knows who she is, (laughs)  I also love flying. which I learned in Europe.  Nothing like seeing the city from the air.

CH: What was your proudest moment in regards to Chicago?
KK: Well, I haven’t been back here too long, I have to say its when I see people fulfilling their everyday lives after i help them recover.

CH: If you were offered one million dollars or the ability to have one superpower for the rest of your life, what would you choose and why?
KK: The ability to heal, first and foremost.  To help everyone overcome pain and suffering, to give someone new hope, to see a child happy and smiling again, there’s nothing to compare with that look in a child’s eye, when they know they'll be ok again.

CH: What or who is your favourite and why…
KK: Animal? Dog, always loyal, steadfast, and needing love and attention.
Superhero? I haven’t met one yet, can’t say as I’d be impressed.
Place to live? Chicago of course, we have everything!
Place to vacation? Florida, Gulf Coast, miles and miles of white beaches.
Season of the year? Winter, I love the snow.
Book? Hmmm… always liked the Iliad and the Odyssey.  A classic adventure that fills all the senses.
Movie? I'm really fascinated by the vision of the future in Metropolis.
Celebrity? How about that King Tut fellow, he’s pretty famous now after 5000 years.
Hobby? Flying, love getting in the plane and going up, everything is so nice from the air.
